I have found my ability to interact with people on a daily basis is much more pleasant because I’m so much more relaxed. Online yoga videos take away the stress of getting in your car, and driving out to a yoga studio on the instructor’s time. You can practice yoga whenever it’s convenient to you, and you can pick the type of yoga you want to practice depending on your mood and needs that day.

    I agree, online Yoga is the way of the future. Soon, the teachers will broadcast themselves over the internet in real time, while looking at a screen with all their students.
