I know that when I do my yoga workout, I don’t always have time to go in to an actual yoga class, or even find an instructor. So, I went on an online yoga class quest to find the very best one, and a one stop site for all of my online yoga videos. While I found you can get online yoga videos on free sites like Youtube, they are not often as good of quality, or only quick previews of expensive dvds. Not to mention there are a lot of different types of yoga online-hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, etc. and it can be hard to try to keep all of those different free videos organized in one place.  That’s why it’s beneficial to have an actual yoga site, where everything is organized in one place. You also have more support with forums and articles.  You always know there will be a new video, and lots of variety!
